What began as a desire and dream to help the people of West Virginia is now a reality. We closed on our building in Lashmeet,WV, and this is differently a dream come true. For this we praise God for making this possible.
Not only will we be able to have a place to distribute our merchandise, it will save us valuable time not having to pack up to return home. It will also give us our own place to minister to the people of Mercer County, WV.
Several of us spent this past Monday through Wednesday working on the building and there is still much work to be done. Our first agenda it to get two restrooms and showers ready for our first team in August.
We will be going up on Sunday Afternoon July 23 and return the following Friday. If there's anyone that would like to go and help, we would be more than happy to have you go along.
This letter would not be complete without acknowledging those of you who have made it possible for us to have this building, for this we say thank you.
Since we have our building does not mean that we don't need financial help anymore. Now we will have utilities to pay, plus other added expenses and the purchasing of food to give away. We would appreciate any assistance you can provide. We are looking for folks and churches to contribute each month.
But most of all we covet your prayers.
