Over seventy people came and received clothes and blankets. The people were also offered free haircuts, blood pressure check and sugar testing. Many of the folks are not able to get to health care providers.

Again what a wonderful time we had ministering to the people and providing for their needs. It was our joy also to provide an electric range for a family, replacing one that had stopped working.
I am so grateful for the support of so many of you who provided items for this trip. Many of you I don’t know because you gave through your church, but I would like to acknowledge, Bethlehem Baptist Church,Harmony Methodist Church, Johnston First Baptist Church, Philippi Baptist Church, Red Bank Baptist Church, Ridge Springs Baptist Church, Saluda Baptist Church, Sardis Baptist Church, West Creek Baptist Church, also the employees of Edgefield Hospital.
But a special thanks to those who go with us on these trips, giving of their time and resources in helping the people of West Virginia. We need others who would come join with us in this ministry.
Our next mission will be February 17 -19 at Lighthouse Mission in Ivydale, WV, where we will give away blankets and clothes. We welcome any who would like to be a part of hands on missions.
