The pictures tell the story of Donna's Haven in Danese, WV. When we first met Donna in August of 2009 she was operating out of her daughter's old play house and a small utility building. She has continued to minister providing clothes and furniture to those in need in her area.
We began to look at providing another building for her ministry which would enable her to have more space to display the clothes instead of just having folks go through boxes. The building was built in West Virginia and moved to her site early this month.
God has used so many of you with you contributions to make this a reality, for that we say a very special thank you. We are preparing a plaque to be displayed in the building with names of all who made it possible.
We have begun our project, "A Million Pennies", to help with the work in West Virginia. We're trusing God to provide these pennies from heaven in His timing. Today we have a little over 37,000 in a little over three weeks. As mentioned previously I don't know what God wants to use these pennies for but I'm sure He has plans that He will reveal to me.
It's so exciting to hear people say that I've been collecting pennies for years and didn't know why, but now I know. One lady even gave gave her piggy bank filled as her part. Pray for this project that we can see what God has in store.
