Saturday, February 24, we woke up to a beautiful snow covering the ground in Princeton, WV. Thankful that the roads were clear and we would be able to get to Union, WV, where we had planned a clothes give away at New Hope Tabernacle.
We arrived and found the doors open to the fellowship building but no one around. We made ourselves at home and began to set up for the people to arrive at 10 AM. It wasn’t long before some of the church members came to help us set up.
What a blessing to watch as the people got the bedding, clothes and shoes that they needed. It was a cold and windy day and it was good to sit round the gas heaters and warm yourself. Roughly seventy five came out for the giveaway. This was the first time that there had been an event such as this and we were invited to come back at anytime and use the facilities.
We also carried the left over items to Donna’s Haven in Danese as she was pretty low. What a blessing to see Donna, you always find her with a smile on her face. We praise the Lord for the work she is doing in her area.
Again thanks to each of you for your faithful support to the ministry in West Virginia.
